The staff was truly excellent! We were checked in by the most friendly, welcoming, and cheerful Attilio, who settled us in and helped us with our inquiry for the sightseeing. Marcello helped us with the heating in the room. And Alberto the front manager made sure we were looked after by the team. Georgina the weekday breakfast lady was friendly and caring. She did not just do her work but made sure we were well taken care of every morning with her. The cleaning ladies were also friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and well decorated. Lots of storage space too. The bathroom was also very spacious. The breakfast room was also pleasant. A coffee machine is provided for the guests to use. There was also a very nice sitting room/library on the mezzanine floor. The location is terrific. Right in the middle of the old town Sal Telmo. Several shops and eating places around. Close to the Market. And close to a subway station.

My three grown children in their 20s stayed here for a week at Christmas. They were very happy with it. They reported that the staff was always friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for them. They all highly recommend it and would stay there again. My kids' Spanish isn't great, but the staff were patient and everyone managed to communicate. Some of the staff were fluent in English and some were not, but all were kind and patient.

Great location a lot of restaurants near by and also very close to the airport I flew to and from. The staff were all helpful and any questions I asked they were able to answer. They also allowed me to leave my bag at reception after check out because I had a later flight, which was appreciated.

The room size was great, the bathroom however had a shower door that closed in on you when showering so had to wedge in place with towel. Was very clean and once shower taps figured out water was plenty hot enough and did not run cold all time I was in the shower.

We stayed 4 nights. Room was big and comfortable. Location is good in a nice district with lots in walking distance and easy buses or tube to anywhere else.

It’s an overall charming and safe hotel in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. Very friendly staff. The Internet was very good.

As returning guests having experienced a good number of accommodations across CABA, this has become our default as the check in is effortless after initial registration and the staff are always welcoming and without hesitation to assist. Good hospitality goes along way & the staff here provide it naturally. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the setting a calm oasis against the juxtaposition of a very authentic & lively bario.

This is a very artistic, charming hotel in colonial style. The outdoor court spaces are beautiful, well designed and cared for. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The rooms are pleasant. The location is superb for San Telmo.
